Randy's training of both horse and rider focuses on consistency, accuracy, and correct fundamentals. He aims to create positive experiences to build confidence and produce brave and honest horses in his program. His approach is  engaging and clear with exercises that set up success and learning for both horses and riders of all levels. He takes great pride in the daily work and commitment that defines eventing, and strives to instill partnership, perseverance, and grit in both his horses and his students.
